1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on defective or damaged products only. If you received an item that is damaged or faulty, you may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used or damaged by the customer after delivery.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence (if the product is damaged or defective).
  3. Once we receive your request and confirm eligibility, we will guide you through the return process.

3. Return Process

Once your return is authorized:

  • You will be provided with the return address and instructions for sending the item back.
  • Returns must be sent via the courier service specified by us. Return shipping charges will be covered by Quincy Desk only in cases of defective or damaged products.
  • Please ensure that the item is returned in its original condition, including all tags and packaging.

4. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued via cash on delivery.

  • Please note that any COD charges (if applicable) will be refunded along with the product price.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Any product that is not defective or damaged.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Products that have been used or altered.

6. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped or processed. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it.
